Do I have to remove the plastic wrap that's on the individual filters?

Yes. Then rinse well per instructions and install into the machine.

Why aren't my filter straps included?

Two filters straps are supposed to be loose in the bag along with the filters.  It's rare, but occasionally the straps are missing, in which case, please contact us.

Do you sell the filter straps and not the filters?

No, the straps are not for sale individually and only come with the filters.
